JCDecaux, the world’s leading outdoor advertising company, is equipping its advertising displays in the Printemps Haussmann shop with ViaDirect tactile wayfinding software.
This flagship shop of the Printemps group, an emblematic department stores’ in the capital, is spread over 3 buildings with a total of 27 floors and 44,000 m2 dedicated to shopping, customised services such as private lounges, and also to restaurants.
Located in the heart of Paris, it is a must for demanding customers looking for the Parisian spirit.
Mainly positioned in the fields of fashion, luxury, beauty but also weddings, it is full of brands such as the major international luxury brands.
In order to make its space more dynamic and to better guide its many daily tourists, the centre has installed the ViaDirect solution.
This installation, the third collaboration between JCDecaux and ViaDirect after the installation of interactive kiosks at City Center and Villaggio (Doha, Qatar), underlines the growing interest in offering digital services coupled with digital advertising campaigns.
Eight elegant digital displays were deployed in a dual-screen version: one for advertising displays, the other tactile for customer orientation.
A digital proposition in French and English was designed in collaboration with the Printemps and JCDecaux teams, taking into account the characteristics of a department store.
