What is ViaDirect’s Mobile Map ?
Since 2022, Viadirect has implemented a new wayfinding solution to improve your visitors’ navigation within your structures: the Mobile Map.
Our mobile map is a simple and effective solution to help your visit personalized itineraries on their smartphone.
Futhermore, the mobile solution is presented as QR codes to be placed in strategic locations on your premises to make them accessible. So, these will enable your visitors to scan the code on their phone, making it easier for them to get around.
In just 3 steps, your visitors will arrive at their desired destination, without wasting any time. All they need to do is :
- Scan the QR Code
- Choose a route
- Follow the indicated route
Features available on Map Mobile ViaDirect:
- Advertising display: Allows you to display visuals, such as advertisements or communications, as a slider on the home page. Then, each image can be clickable, directing users to a specific URL. Then, the homepage can also be customized to suit your needs, ensuring a clean, professional display.
- GPS triangulation and blue dot: GPS triangulation, sym
bolized by a blue dot, makes it easy to find your way around the map, ensuring precise, guided localization.
- QR code synchronization with the kiosk: It’s now possible to display the QR code on your kiosks, so that your visitors can scan it to access the map from their smartphone.
- Map orientation: The map adjusts itself in the direction of the arrows to be followed, allowing you to visualize your route more intuitively.
- Easy recentering: With a single gesture, recenter the map on your position, simplifying your navigation and ensuring you stay on track.
- Data protection: At ViaDirect, we respect your privacy. In fact,ou now have total control by being able to deny access to your position without impacting ViaDirect Mobile’s performance.
