ViaDirect’s multi-platform solution that includes interactive kiosks and mobile applications landed in a consulting firm in its Parisian offices (our client is confidential). Offering the same services with centralized management on kiosks and smartphones, the ViaDirect software informs and guides co-workers and manages the meeting rooms.
Furthermore, the users of kiosks and mobile applications can look in real-time the meeting rooms’ availability, the level of equipment (videoconference, slide projector, conference call …) and book them.
Since the first ViaDirect installations for a bank in La Defense and the headquarters of Covéa, the tactile wayfinding and information kiosks have become a strong tendency in the tertiary industry in 2015.
The wayfinding kiosks guide and inform thanks to real-time data. They fulfill functions previously distributed by other equipment (digital signage, meeting rooms). These screens are digital communications tools for companies.
