The Fórum Tlaquepaque shopping center is one of the most famous in Guadalajara. It allows Mexicans and tourists from the region to enjoy more than 140 shops spread over different areas.
Indeed, thanks to its 3 floors, the mall offers its visitors a wide variety of shops in the fashion, cosmetics, sports and technology sectors. These include world-famous brands such as Tommy Hilfiger, Adidas, Samsung, Bershka and Innovasport. In addition, Fórum Tlaquepaque offers food and beverage areas with restaurants such as McDonald’s, Starbucks and Tacos Plaza, as well as entertainment venues such as a 6-screen cinema, called Cinépolis, which offers a wide range of films.
Since its opening in October 2011, the center has continued to expand to meet the expectations of its customers. This year, it has chosen to equip its space with 3 ViaDirect digital wayfinding kiosks in order to guide and inform its visitors about its commercial offer, its events and its points of interest.
These are 3 Doado model wayfinding kiosks which are thus placed at strategic locations in the center, after the wayfinding software was developed by ViaDirect.
The particularity of the DoaDo model lies in its double vertical screens allowing the display of an interactive wayfinding map but also the display of advertisements in order to promote the commercial offer of the Fórum Tlaquepaque to a larger number of people and thus increase the yield of your solution.
