In the heart of #Paris, Orange opens a megastore of 2000 m2 of a four-storey building. Entirely dedicated to the #digital, the shop presents more than 800 products and all the latest technological advances. Several workshops are available for the customers, including an exhibition for children about the CSR commitment. #SuperCodeurs
ViaDirect got the privilege to equip this store with an interactive kiosk to orientate visitors and accompany the 150 sellers in charge of developing the #DigitalMarketing strategy by rerouting customers into the available products range.
After equipping Mr Bricolage, Leroy Merlin, and Decathlon, ViaDirect meets the needs of retailers once again.
ViaDirect has already equipped the Orange offices in Tours with the solution VD building.

The interface of the news store Orange has an innovative access “Inspire me”. The user inputs the desired time in the shop, what he likes among suggested categories and chooses one color. This software proposes a tailor-made experience with many workshops, a personalized itinerary and the possibility to receive it by text.
The application is available in English, Spanish, Chinese, and French.
