The Parisian digital division of the SNCF (France’s national state-owned railway company) chooses ViaDirect to equip its offices with interactive kiosks. This building housing more than 150 employees who are actively working on innovative projects of the French Group.
The magazine Visible has dedicated in its edition of January 2016 an article about this installation: here
The R&D in digital of the SNCF revolves around a project called “574” (corresponding to the highest speed reached by a TGV): it concerns offices for digital project teams, and startup incubators as well as expertise centers. Implanted in several cities, ViaDirect equips the largest French center, located in Saint-Denis, and will soon install an interactive kiosk on the offices of Toulouse and Nantes.
ViaDirect has adapted its VD Building solution to the SNCF digital division needs:
Responding to the multichannel strategy of SNCF, ViaDirect has developed a mobile App, offering to users the same functionalities as the interactive kiosk directly on their mobiles and tablets. The three supports are perfectly synchronized and all data updates are automatically managed by the back office.
ViaDirect has installed 5 kiosks “Lémurien” from our exclusive catalog, as well as a 47” screen integrated into a carpenter’s furniture. Combining design and ease of use, the kiosks get white LED banners on the side and respect constraints of robustness and durability required in corporate offices.
