Managed by Altarea Cogedim, the new mall ‘L’avenue 83’ chose the ViaDirect interactive solution by installing 4 double-screen kiosks for the information, wayfinding, and loyalty-CRM of the stores and mall.
After installing ‘Carré de Soie’, ‘Espace Gramont’, ‘Okabé’, ‘Qwartz’ and ‘Cap 3000’ malls, Altarea Cogedim, creator and manager of shopping centers, chooses the ViaDirect digital full-service.
Located on one of the most powerful commercial areas in the south of France, ‘L’avenue 83’ has entrusted ViaDirect with the complete implementation of the solution: kiosks design, production, and installation, hardware integration, software, and maintenance. The idea is to provide a sustainable and digital experience to visitors since its opening in April 2016.
ViaDirect has equipped ‘L’avenue 83’ with 8 touch screens integrated into 4 outdoor kiosks created specifically for the mall. ViaDirect has entrusted the furniture design to the agency Jeff Van Dyck with the objective to meet the high technology needs of a technological outdoor installation and seamlessly blend with the architecture of Jean-Michel Wilmotte.

These double-screen kiosks integrate equipment from Infinitus, a specialist of outdoor furniture distributed in France by ViaDirect.
The ViaDirect team worked particularly on the ergonomics in order to maximize the conversion rate. Altarea Cogedim entrusted the design and production of the kiosk but also the technical hardware selection and installation to ViaDirect. We also take care of monitoring and maintenance.
Each interactive kiosk comprises 2 digital screens, one for guidance and information and one for loyalty programs.
The loyalty application enables users to sign up and edit their information. The enrolment then creates a loyalty card to access promotions, mall services (babysitting, free car park, …), and contests.
