After ‘Patio Santa Fe’ mall, Fibra Uno, the most important shopping mall owner of Mexico with 302 malls, chooses once again ViaDirect to equip ‘Patio Universidad’ mall.
This third installation in the American continent shows the ability of ViaDirect to implement itself within the international market while preserving its expertise and the quality of its services.
The interactive software ViaDirect has been personalized to perfectly match the needs of ‘Patio Universidad’ mall:
The ViaDirect wayfinding solution is combined with the advertising display solution VD Media, allowing it to make profits from the installation for ‘Patio Universidad’ mall.
This new kind of software of ViaDirect, enables customers to manage the display of their images and video contents contextually within the application. The mall can now offer advertising spaces to the shops with multi-criteria planning on the kiosks and by extension on the mobile and the web.
‘Patio Universidad’ mall has selected 4 interactive kiosks with a vertical screen 55”. As ‘Antea’ mall and ‘Patio Santa Fe’ mall, they have been manufactured by our Mexican partner Kolo, ensuring responsiveness on the hardware maintenance, and promoting the local expertise.
Our partner has been able to benefit from our expertise in software maintenance, outsourcing physical facilities, analysis and incident resolution, secure data exchange, as well as customer support.
