In collaboration with its Singaporean partner Ascenstar, ViaDirect has completed its first installation in the city-state equipping Parkway Parade (shopping mall)-.
ViaDirect, expert on 3D wayfinding and interactive information solutions, has been internationalizing its activity since 2014 opening up offices in Taiwan, Turkey, Mexico, Brazil and United Arabic States. A first Singaporean installation, done in Parkway Parade, strengthens further the international presence of ViaDirect who already has projects in Europe, the Middle-East, and Latin America.

HARDWARE and KIOSK by Ascenstar
Parkway Parade has selected a landscape oriented kiosk called “Gazelle” designed by ViaDirect and locally manufactured by Ascenstar. The kiosk is strategically located in the middle of the basement where the flow of people is the highest. An “I” LED sign was added into the kiosk to increase further visibility. In terms of hardware, the kiosk includes the latest Samsung’s 48” screen and touchscreen technology, and a high-end player PC from iBase.
MAINTENANCE by Ascenstar & ViaDirect
Both companies ensure that both hardware and software work properly 24/7. ViaDirect provides comprehensive remote software monitoring services and maintenance that is shared with its Singaporean partner Ascenstar, who can further provide timely hardware maintenance and on-site support when necessary.
