After the Parkway Parade Mall update, ViaDirect has again partnered with Ascenstar and Lendlease real estate to install no less than 12 wayfinding totems in the brand new Paya Lebar Quarter Mall of Singapore.
Paya Lebar Quarter is a Lendlease $3.2 billion newly renovated district East of Singapore. Between 2018 and 2019 it has been rebuilt as a pedestrian-friendly « experiential hub ». It welcomes not only local transportations and subway commutes but, of course, « business, lifestyle, nature, and technology. »
At the heart of the four-hectares district, the 340,000 square feet Paya Lebar Quarter Mall, officially nicknamed PLQ Mall, hosts up to 150 retail shops, coffee shops, and restaurants.
Built locally, the 12 man-size PLQ Mall totems use ViaDirect wayfinding software suite on 42’’ vertical touch screens. The full interactive solution eases every visitor towards their favorite shop or food court (details on a side note).
ViaDirect has been successfully equipping Singapore malls with its wayfinding solution since 2016. Playa Lebar Mall is our second project with Australian-based Lendlease international real estate.
