ViaDirect renews its wayfinding kiosk project with Sentura Tlalnepantla shopping center
ViaDirect is delighted to announce the renewal of its partnership with the Sentura Tlalnepantla shopping center, owned by the real estate company IUrbana. This project marks an important milestone in the successful relationship between the two companies, following a successful first project in 2018 : a wayfinding improvements.
Six years ago, the centre’s 93,000 m2 were equipped with ViaDirect wayfinding software, much to the delight of visitors to this modern shopping complex. The mall consists of a shopping centre and two office towers.
Renewed confidence and significant improvements
The Sentura Tlalnepantla shopping centre recently chose to upgrade its wayfinding software to version 4. In doing so, it is demonstrating its continued confidence in ViaDirect to meet its needs for wayfinding solutions.
As part of this renewal, changes have been made to the software, particularly to the user interface, with updated images and a completely updated list of the mall’ shops. In addition, ViaDirect worked with the shopping center to reorganize and relocate the wayfinding kiosks to strategic locations, in order to adapt to the center’s structural changes.
An improved user experience
The shopping center now has wayfinding software improvements with an interface available in Spanish and English to meet the needs of a diverse audience. In addition, the ViaDirect solution includes the following features:
- A 4-storey 3D map
- A list of shops in the mall
- Search by category and alphabetical order
- A QR code to their mobile applications
- Real-time promotions and events
- A section dedicated to offices
- Highlighting of POIs
