Les Terrasses du Port is located in the largest business district in southern Europe, Euroméditerranée, in France. Located in a building with a view of the sea, it includes nearly 190 shops and restaurants, spread over the 61,000m2 of the building’s 4 floors.
Since its opening, it has become a must-see shopping destination, particularly with its 260-metre long terrace overlooking the sea. To enable visitors to enjoy their time at the center, the mall has wayfinding solution to help them find their way around and acquire key information.
Under the management of Hammerson, a major Real Estate company, the shopping center chose in 2014 to equip itself with 9 digital wayfinding kiosks signed by ViaDirect. Currently, Les Terrasses du Port is continuing its project with the improvement of the wayfinding software and the addition of 7 new complementary wayfinding directories.
The solution provided includes the latest version of the wayfinding and information software with an optimal map and user-friendly design. In addition, it includes horizontal furniture from the ViaDirect catalogue bearing the name of the Gazelle. In order to give a more modern dimension to the Gazelle, its sign with the information picto is transparent in appearance and luminous so as to be fully visible while not obstructing the view.
