Renewal of the ViaDirect wayfinding kiosks at the Avenue 83 center by upgrading the software to V4
During 2016, L’Avenue 83, had invested in ViaDirect digital wayfinding kiosks, installing 4 outdoor kiosks.
L’Avenue 83 shopping center, owned by Altarea-Cogedim, covers more than 50,000m² in the city of Toulon in France.
A large open-air shopping street, it offers all its visitors 70 shops, including such popular names as Nike, Primark, Sergent Major and Besson Chaussures, as well as 20 restaurants such as Steak’N Shake and Columbus Café.
To entertain its public, the mall also includes 15 Pathé-Gaumont cinemas, a Fitness Park gym, and a Pirate’s Adventure amusement park.
Located in an exceptional setting, between greenery, noble wooden canopies, white arches and large shop windows, visitors are at the heart of the centre’s priorities.
This is why 7 years ago, L’avenue 83 wanted to orient its visitors in the best possible way… Today, we are pleased to renew our contract with the center for kiosks and maintenance, by optimising our wayfinding software, allowing them to obtain the latest version of it.
The mall now has the latest version of the ViaDirect wayfinding and information software, displayed on its 4 dual-screen Infinitus kiosks, with guidance and loyalty program, as requested by Altarea.
The kiosks include a 47″ multitouch screen with ViaDirect wayfinding software, a 22″ touch screen with the enrolment application specially developed by ViaDirect with Altarea Cogedim’s business platform, as well as an NFC and barcode reader to complete the installation of the loyalty program.
