THE « LABÈGE 2 » SHOPPING MALL CHOOSES THE VIADIRECT WAYFINDING SOFTWARE

Carmila equips a 4th mall
The “Labège 2” shopping center is equipped with ViaDirect multitouch 3D software to guide and inform visitors through stores and commercial offers.
Managed by Carmila, a new company responsible for the operations of more than 184 shopping malls adjacent to Carrefour hypermarkets in Europe, “Labège 2” is the 4th Carrefour mall to choose the ViaDirect multitouch solution after “Carrefour Chambourcy”, “Grand Var” and “Montesson”.
In addition to “Labège 2”, ViaDirect has installed this month its leading wayfinding and information solution in the “Bab 2” and “Bay 2” shopping malls. Those are 3 Unibail malls sold to Carmila.
KIOSKS:
Existing kiosks were kept while the previous software was replaced by ViaDirect.
SOFTWARE:
The multitouch wayfinding kiosks are equipped with the ViaDirect Mall intuitive software:
- 3D real-time map
- Search stores by name and topics
- Mall services
- Display of offers (the data comes from Web Services)
- Promotions for the holders of the loyalty shopping card
- Parking and transport
- Sending route via text messages with a new ViaDirect graphic design and managed by a back-office
ViaDirect will soon add real-time data in the “Labège 2” interface:
- Road traffic
- Movies’ timetable of the shopping mall
- Public transport nearby
