ITALIE DEUX SHOPPING CENTER EQUIPPED WITH 8 WAYFINDING TOUCH KIOSKS

ViaDirect equips Italie 2 center

Italie Deux, one of the biggest malls in Paris (16 million visitors per year) is now equipped with ViaDirect, the information, and wayfinding solution.

The kiosk was designed by Outsign with technical support from ViaDirect, which also provided the hardware. This installation consists of seven touch kiosks and one touch screen inserted in the welcome desk.

The ViaDirect software was customized for this mall in order to offer support for the mall’s gift cards.

 

The other standard features of ViaDirect are also deployed:

  • Wayfinding in a 3D environment with a multi-floor view
  • Complete directory with search by themes and alphabetical
  • Multi-touch map
  • Display of offers and news
  • Web service connection for the gift cards data
  • Animated user interface

This mall belongs to Hammerson. ViaDirect will equip Hammerson’s malls in France in 2013 and 2014.
