ViaDirect equips Avant-Cap center
The shopping mall “Avant-Cap” (SCC ground rent) has chosen ViaDirect to equip itself with an interactive multitouch wayfinding solution to cover 20 000m² and 120 shops.
ViaDirect has been chosen for several features
- A wayfinding solution (alone kiosk, reception desk, software)
- A dynamic display of the mall’s news (hardware, integration, software)
SCC chose the new “Gazelle” kiosk from the ViaDirect magazine. This slender and sophisticated kiosk of an 8 cm thickness uses the latest technologies.
THE KIOSK
The installation is composed of:
- Two “Gazelle” kiosks with a 40’’ screen, a high-frequency multitouch monitor with an anti-reflect tempered glass (in order not to see the ceiling lights), and a rear totem
- Two 40’’ multi-touch screens inserted in the reception desk
- Two 46’’ screens for a dynamic display, with anti-reflective tempered glass on reception pillars
THE SOFTWARE
Apart from the software of dynamic display, ViaDirect has deployed its wayfinding and information solution:
- Real-time wayfinding in a 3D environment with a multi-floor view
- Multitouch map of the mall
- Search by theme and destination
- Animated user interface
- Display of offers and news
- A real-time administration interface to change the map content
- Located and real-time statistics on the use
- Real-time monitoring of equipment and incident management the next day (weekends and public holidays included)
