The mall Domus located in Rosny-sous-Bois, in the Île-de-France region, has renewed a contract after 8 years with ViaDirect to modify the design of its six digital wayfinding kiosks to optimise the digitalisation of the center.
Inaugurated in 1974, the shopping center is a large complex with more than 70 shops offering a wide variety of products and services covering various themes such as fashion, reading, sports and electronics and much more.
In addition to this, Domus offers a wide variety of services such as a supermarket, restaurants, cinema, pharmacy, hairdresser and fitness center. There is also ample parking for visitors.
The interactive kiosks provide a more pleasant and convenient shopping experience for visitors to the mall by guiding them to their desired destination while informing them about practical information.
In 2015, under the management of Accessite, the mall had opted for 6 wayfinding kiosks of ViaDirect’s Pelikan model to satisfy its customers.
