9 mall of the Cora group have received the ViaDirect orientation solution!
The well-known property company Galimmo is working with ViaDirect to equip its numerous Cora centers with the leading orientation and information solution.
The Cora group includes hypermarket chains in France, Belgium, Luxembourg and Romania. Created in 1969, it was originally a family business and then stood alongside other supermarket chains such as Jardineries Truffaut and the Houra cybermarket, under the current management of the Galimmo property company.
Galimmo is a retail property company specialising in retail Real Estate and the development of shopping centres in Europe. The company manages 66 shopping centres of the Cora group in Europe.
In order to better organize its Cora hypermarkets, the group has invested its confidence in the ViaDirect wayfinding solution. Certain establishments in France, but above all customers can thus make their purchases by easily orienting themselves towards the destination of their choice.

The solution implemented aims to provide a more connected experience for visitors. The ViaDirect software allows visitors to search for shops, services, restaurants, thanks to a 3D orientation map, but also to consult additional services such as car pick-up, good deals or car rental. It also provides real-time information such as the weather or even the price of petrol.
The digital software also offers an interactive playground for children, with coloring and other mini-games, keeping children occupied.
Customers can find their way around and get information efficiently thanks to a multi-language interface, which can be adapted to three languages, French, English and German.
