Atlantis center is a 43,000 m2 shopping mall located in the town of Saint-Herblain, 7 km from the center of Nantes. It is one of the largest shopping centers in the Grand Ouest region with around 150 brands, including 35 restaurants to meet the needs of its customers.
Indeed, Atlantis is a shopping mall which is based around an E.Leclerc hypermarket and an Ikea furniture shop, as well as fashion, sports, interior design, high-tech, perfume and service shops. The center also has a multiplex cinema and an entertainment area for children.
Atlantis Shopping Centre is the perfect place to spend a day shopping and having fun with your family. In order to satisfy visitors of all ages, the shopping center had to improve its retail services and opted for the ViaDirect wayfinding solution to enhance the customer experience in its mall.
Its 15 million visitors per year benefit from an interactive wayfinding and information solution via strategically placed kiosks in the center, but also from a smartphone-based wayfinding solution, accessible wherever they are: ViaDirect Mobile.
ViaDirect provided the center with 7 wayfinding kiosks with a customised model requiring the implementation of our wayfinding software in horizontal format with its interactive 3D map and features.
Atlantis is also one of the first French centers to have used the wayfinding solution on smartphones, ViaDirect Mobile. It now has an interface with a customised 3D map showing all of its retail spaces. Visitors to the center can easily get to their destination by following a route directly on their phone.
