SINGAPORE. PARKWAY PARADE RENEWS ITS TRUST IN VIADIRECT WAYFINDING SOLUTION BY ADDING 3 MORE INTERACTIVE KIOSKS

Very first ViaDirect installation in Singapore in 2016 (read here), the Parkway Parade mall and its visitors were so far enjoying one designed Gazelle wayfinding kiosk soon to be joined by a second one.
This 2019 summer, 3 more Gazelles have been added for a total of 5 interactive wayfinding kiosks with 48’’ touch screens guiding visitors through the 7 seven mall levels: 6 of retail shops and one last floor for the movie theater Cineplex.
For this occasion, the ViaDirect wayfinding software used by the interactive kiosks is switching from version 3 to new version 4. Even faster and offering more features, this version 4 upgrade is also the opportunity to refresh the user interface.
Therefore, while keeping the menus arborescence, the visual renders of the screens manipulated daily by the users have been redesigned. The crucial 3D map to guide oneself has been redrawn for more accessibility and eye pleasure.
Located South-East of Singapore island for 30 years, Parkway Parade is managed by Lendlease real-estate. Founded in 1958, Lendlease operates on 4 continents (Australia, Europe, America and Asia). Parkway Parade experienced heavy embellishment work between 2003 and 2012.
