Mundo E, the Frisa Group’s main shopping center, is a unique complex located in the north of Mexico City, with over 207 shops. It covers 133,330 m2 of retail space in Tlalnepantla de Baz, Mexico.
Opened in 1998, in 2017 it trusted ViaDirect to install its digital wayfinding software on 12 vertical kiosks orienting and informing the center’s 24 million annual visitors.
Mundo E offers its visitors entertainment, self-service shops, banks, restaurants and above all a wide variety of clothing, cosmetics, fashion accessories and footwear brands such as Stradivarius, Sephora, Innovasport, Decathlon, Pandora, Eagle, Massimo Dutti…
To complete its services, the centro comercial also has a Cinemex, an ice rink, a bowling alley, a Sky Zone, as well as two internal and external terraces and a large car park with 6,000 parking spaces.
Our solution having been implemented for 5 years, the shopping centre chose this year to update the ViaDirect wayfinding software with the última versión available, the V4.

The majority of the features have been kept with the range of connected services allowing a reinforced customer experience. Our software still fits with its vertical format, the kiosks previously made by Kolo, our Mexican partner on this project.
