Destreland shopping center of the island group Guadeloupe has been equipped with our puestos de orientación for a long time and we have reworked the software to update its features and replaced the existing interactive kiosks for brand new ones.

On top of their shops and a variety of attractions, the center also regroups three essential surfaces: Carrefour, Décathlon, and Monsieur Bricolage making it a key location in the region. The center operates from Monday to Saturday, but the retail chains Carrefour and Monsieur Bricolage are open half-day on Sunday as well.
ViaDirect has replaced the kiosks and updated the wayfinding solution of Destreland to reinforce the mall’s visitor experience allowing them to orient themselves with a company-specific software.
The 5 interactive ., all of which are ViaDirect’s Gazelle models with interactive screens. When tapping on the touch screens, the user stumbles upon a digital wayfinding interface with a 3D map that guides and informs them of all the destinations that the mall has to offer
