ViaDirect equips Auchan Velizy supermarket
Auchan, one of the world’s principal distribution groups, entrusts ViaDirect for its biggest supermarket in Europe.
After equipping Auchan La Défense supermarket (Paris, France) in December 2012 (news article about this wayfinding interactive kiosk here), ViaDirect now equips the biggest Auchan in Europe located in Vélizy-Villacoublay with three touch kiosks and its information and wayfinding software.

THE HARDWARE
The supplied kiosk is from the “Pad” range, a new 40” touch kiosk which uses the latest technologies, from the screen to the touch frame, in order to offer a very slim, yet robust, modern design for public places (ultra-small form factor PC, HD LED display, thin and responsive optical multi-touch frame, non-glare glass, …). A rear totem helps users to identify the kiosk from far.
