Digital signage for Auchan Roncq mall
The ViaDirect Agency department has been selected by the mall and the Auchan hypermarket as matching with their needs in the dynamic display, to highlight the mall’s promotions and advertisers’ content.
After equipping more than 13 shopping malls with the ViaDirect solution, Immochan, the property management company from the Auchan Group, selects ViaDirect once again for several digital areas in the ‘Auchan Roncq” mall.
‘Auchan Roncq’ has selected:
- 19 65’’screens hanging from the supermarket’s ceiling
- 8 indoor totems with 75’’ high luminosity screen in the aisles of the mall
- 2 75’’ outdoor totems installed in the drive-through
‘Auchan Roncq’ entrusted ViaDirect for the architecture, engineering design, manufacturing, installation, and set-up of the equipment. ViaDirect has implemented the BroadSign display solution, a leading expert of Digital signage advertising solutions.
The services selected by Auchan / Immochan also rely on the expertise of ViaDirect for maintenance. The VDBox, associated with the VD Monitor software, allows to remotely control electronic equipment and ensures the security of data exchanges, supervision of installation, and facilities management. This device allows us to offer incidents’ support at H+2 and a resolution timeline at D+1 in most incidents.
