Since 2014, the shopping center has been using the ViaDirect interactive wayfinding solution implemented with custom-made furniture to guide its 12 million visitors per year.
O’Parinor, managed by Hammerson, is a regional shopping centre in the Île-de-France region, located in the commune of Aulnay-sous-Bois, near the north-east of Paris. Since its creation in August 1974, the mall has grown to meet the needs of visitors and now has 90,000 sqm of floor space with 210 shops including restaurants and fast food outlets and 180 shops of various categories. The shopping center also houses a Carrefour hypermarket, a 14-screen multiplex cinema and a car park for easy access.

Visitors to the digitally-invested mall are guided by 9 digital wayfinding kiosks strategically placed to be visible at different locations on both levels of the shopping place.
After acquiring a new wayfinding system with the ViaDirect solution, O’Parinor again worked with ViaDirect to update the software to the dernière version. The software now provided has a new interface and a more advanced map design such as the inscription of the names of the signs directly on the blocks, which facilitates their reading.
