ViaDirect has equipped the shopping mall ‘Bois Sénart’ with its tactile wayfinding software and hardware solution. Managed by Immochan, the commercial ground rent working for Auchan’s shopping malls, ‘Bois Sénart’ is the 8th shopping center to choose our information and wayfinding digital offer.
THE KIOSK :
The installation is composed of 2 wayfinding kiosks with 40’’ screens. Furniture comes from the ‘Happy Life’ range already installed in ‘Maison Neuve’, ‘Auchan La Couronne’, ‘Auchan Arras’ and ‘Semécourt’.
Produced by ViaDirect with a high and strict respect of our quality, design and manufacture commitments, each kiosk has been specially adapted for electricity and network arrivals from the ceiling.
THE SOFTWARE :
Kiosks are equipped with the interactive solution ViaDirect. The information and wayfinding ViaDirect software includes data of the ‘Bois Sénart’ shopping mall and two nearby others business areas:
- Real time wayfinding in 3D environment
- Multitouch map
- Web Services for stores, good deals and offers of the loyalty card for the entire business park
- Search stores, transport, parking and services of the shopping area by alphabet order or topic
- Display of information and promotions
- Possibility of sending the itinerary by text
