3RD INSTALLATION IN BRAZIL FOR VIADIRECT: TRINANDA MIDIA CHOOSES AGAIN VIADIRECT TO EQUIP THE BELO HORIZONTE AIRPORT!

Belo Horizonte Airport in Brazil selects ViaDirect solution to guide and inform 12 millions annual passengers and visitors to airport services.
The project is achieved in partnership with the integrator Trinanda Media who is responsible for all the hardware parts and its installation.
This is the third project in Brazil after the SP Market Shopping Center and the Exposhopping show in São Paulo.
SOFTWARE:
• Interactive 3D orientation
• Search and guidance to:
Arrival areas
Check-in & Gates
Boarding areas
Shops
Restaurantes
Public services (customs, agri-food inspection, immigration …)
Transport and parking
• Display an alert on the map when the user searches for a destination located in the boarding areas which access is controlled.
• Personalized assistance and alternative itineraries to avoid stairs
• Highlight areas
• Available in 3 languages: Portuguese, English and Spanish
