The mall Arcades equips with 5 directories. Since 2015, Klépierre has chosen ViaDirect to digitize its shopping centers in Europe with multitouch wayfinding totems. After equipping many malls such as Belle Epine, Val d’Europe, Alexandrium, Grand Littoral, Mérignac Soleil, Créteil Soleil and Jaude, ViaDirect installs its interactive 3D solution in Arcades.

At the beginning of 2015, ViaDirect did its first installation in Ningbo equipping the shopping center Sun Art Plaza with interactive devices; a few months later, it was followed by setting up 7 multitouch e-directories in Ufun Shanghai mall.
