Le l’Institut Arnault Tzanck has been located since 1972 in Saint-Laurent-du-Var, France. A medical institute, it is made up of non-profit associations.
The complex consists of several health facilities such as the ESPIC of cardiology with 68 beds, the medical-surgical centre with a capacity of 161 beds, as well as the haemodialysis and nephrology department and the emergency service which is always open.
Equipped since 2017 with the ViaDirect wayfinding and information solution, it has two ., model Gazelle with a 43″ touch screen, specially designed and conceived to be multifunctional and ergonomic in order to suit all the institute’s clients and visitors.

In order to optimise the existing solution, ViaDirect provided the Arnault Tzanck Institute with the dernière version of its wayfinding software, V4. This version contains all the necessary features to meet the client’s expectations.
The software containing the plan en 3D is adapted to the typology of the medical institute, in particular to suit all types of customers such as people with reduced mobility.
