Project ViaDirect/ JCDecaux in Belgium

The visitors of the City2 shopping mall in Brussels can now take advantage of the ViaDirect wayfinding solution in collaboration with our partner JCDecaux.

This shopping center is in the city center of Brussels, in the old building of “grand magasin au bon marché” and it is the second biggest shopping mall in Belgium with a surface area of 51000 m2. City2 has almost a hundred shops including multiple services and a supermarket.

JCDecaux has installed 7 totems with the ViaDirect wayfinding software. This operating system offers an interactive solution which facilitates the access to the different shops and restaurants and allows the visitors to interact intuitively with the 3D map that represents all the 4 levels of the mall including the parking lot
