ViaDirect equips O'Parinor center
During its renovation started in 2013, the shopping mall “O’Parinor” (Aulnay-sous-Bois, 93), composed of 210 shops and 30 restaurants, has been equipped with the information and wayfinding solution of ViaDirect.
The kiosk has been designed by AKDV.B and has been produced with technical support from ViaDirect which also provided the hardware.
The installation is composed of 8 multitouch kiosks and one multitouch screen inserted in the reception desk.
The ViaDirect software was customized for this mall in order to offer support for loyalty and advantage cards.
Each kiosk has the followings features:
- Registration to the mall newsletter.
- Consultation of the advantages card balance.
- Loyalty and jackpot by scanning the advantage card (1 point/passage/day + additional points on the birthday date or at some hours).
The other standard features of ViaDirect are deployed:
- Real-time wayfinding in 3D environment with multi-floor view
- Multitouch map of the mall
- Display of offers and news
- Web connection for the loyalty card data
- Animated user interface
ViaDirect will equip Hammerson’s malls in France in 2013-2014, such as Italie Deux, Espace Saint-Quentin, et Place des Halles.
