ViaDirect equips Le Méridien center
Located in Tarbes, the shopping mall “E. Leclerc Le Méridien” has just been equipped with 3 multitouch kiosks and with the wayfinding and information software of ViaDirect.
Leclerc has entrusted ViaDirect with several features:
- 3D interactive wayfinding software
- Multitouch kiosks from the new generation
- Supervision, maintenance and outsourcing of the installation
It’s the 3rd installation of ViaDirect for a Leclerc’s shopping mall after Cap Emeraude and Atlantis.
THE KIOSK
The shopping mall chose the “Pad” kiosk with a rear totem from the ViaDirect magazine. It uses the latest technologies from screen to touch frame in order to offer a very slim, yet robust, modern design for public places (ultra-small form factor PC, HD LED display, optical multitouch frame).
THE SOFTWARE
Kiosks are equipped with the ViaDirect software combining wayfinding (3D multitouch map) and information (offers and news).
The ground rent in charge of the mall particularly appreciated the ViaDirect offer and the tool of content management, both fast and efficient.
The other standard features of ViaDirect are deployed:
- Real-time wayfinding in 3D environment with multi-floor view
- Multitouch map of the mall
- Search by theme and destination
- Animated user interface
- Display of offers and news
- Real-time monitoring of equipment and incident management the next day (weekends and public holidays included).
