ViaDirect equips Destreland center

Located in Baie Mahault (Guadeloupe), the shopping mall “Destreland” has just been equipped with the wayfinding and information solution of ViaDirect.

This shopping mall, the largest center of Guadeloupe, gathers 180 shops and restaurants, on 2 floors and 800m².

THE KIOSK

The installation is composed of 5 multitouch “Gazelle” kiosks with luminous totem, chosen in the ViaDirect magazine. Barcodes and NFC readers have already been incorporated in the kiosks for the future establishment of a loyalty program.

THE SOFTWARE

Kiosks are equipped with the interactive wayfinding and information solution of ViaDirect.

Destreland noticed the ability of ViaDirect to work by Web Service for the entire content (offers, shops, pictures), allowing a perfect synchronization between the Web, the Mobile and the interactive kiosks while designed in an asynchronous way (locally stocked data) in order to maintain an equal service quality whatever the Internet access.
