ViaDirect is now installed in Bucaramanga !
After our last installation at Mall Plaza Barranquilla in northern Colombia, ViaDirect announced the installation of 2 interactive orientation kiosks model PAD with a 43” touch screen and ViaDirect orientation software in the Cacique Shopping Center located in Bucaramanga, Colombia.
This city is one of the most important cities in Colombia and the capital of the department of Santander. Bucaramanga is nicknamed the “pretty city”, the “city of parks” or the “cordial city”.
Both . are equipped with the ViaDirect interactive orientation software that displays a 3D map of all levels of the shopping center so that visitors can intuitively orient themselves and find the stores or services they need.
This shopping center was built by the Marval Group with an investment of 120 million euros and a surface area of more than 155,000m2. Cacique is the largest shopping center in the northeast of the country.
ViaDirect’s software in the Mall Cacique includes :
- An interactive 3D plan of the center levels
- Individual itinerary sent on visitor’s cell phone
- An alphabetical search of more than 200 destinations (shops, services, restaurants…)
- Search shops by category (education, children, men’s and women’s clothing, technology, leisure, gastronomy…)
- Information and services of the shopping center
- Events and promotions from the center in real-time
- The user interface in Spanish and English
