ViaDirect installs its multiplatform solution that includes interactive kiosks and mobile applications in the ‘RIO Leninsky’ mall in Moscow. ViaDirect has already installed its wayfinding solution in the ‘Erevan Plaza’ shopping center in Russia. ViaDirect has landed in Russia through 3 shopping centers. This marked a significant step in Viadirect's international development. Distributed in 15 countries around the world, ViaDirect has an office located in Taipei for its Asian development and an office located in Mexico City to deploy the solution across Central America.

After installing ‘Atlantis’, ‘Cap Emeraude’ and ‘Le Méridien’, E.Leclerc chose the ViaDirect wayfinding software for the ‘Saint-Médard-en-Jalles’ hypermarket and mall. For the first time, ViaDirect installs interactive wayfinding totems in an E.Leclerc hypermarket. ViaDirect is an orientation and information solution adapted to stores and customers’ needs:

ViaDirect’s multi-platform solution that includes interactive kiosks, website, and mobile applications landed in Moscow. As a real shopping symbol of the capital, Erevan Plaza chooses to install 10 kiosks, a website, and an Androïd and iOS application to digitize its mall in Moscow. 

ViaDirect settles in Romania and equips the ‘Coresi’ shopping center in Brasov with 3 interactive information and wayfinding kiosks. This installation is a new step in the international development of ViaDirect, which has distributors in 15 countries and offices in Taiwan and Mexico. Immochan, Auchan real estate branch, has already entrusted 8 French shopping malls to ViaDirect in order to meet their orientation’s needs. At the same time, the company chose ViaDirect for its concept of interactive children's playground installed in several malls, including the ‘Sun Art Plaza’ shopping center in China (Shanghai).

The “Labège 2” shopping center is equipped with ViaDirect multitouch 3D software to guide and inform visitors through stores and commercial offers. Managed by Carmila, a new company responsible for the operations of more than 184 shopping malls adjacent to Carrefour hypermarkets in Europe, “Labège 2” is the 4th Carrefour mall to choose the ViaDirect multitouch solution after “Carrefour Chambourcy”, “Grand Var” and “Montesson”.

The “Bab 2” shopping center is equipped with the ViaDirect multitouch map to guide and inform visitors through stores and mall services. ViaDirect installs its wayfinding multitouch map in the “Bay 2” shopping mall, recently sold by Unibail to Carmila. The ViaDirect solution has adapted its multi-building software because the mall has 2 different buildings: Bay 1 and Bay 2. Managed by Carmila, a new company responsible for the operations of shopping malls adjacent to Carrefour hypermarkets in Europe, “Bay 2” is the 6th Carrefour mall to choose the ViaDirect interactive software.

In 2014, Viadirect started a new international business plan including the opening of an office in Taipei (Taiwan). The shopping center « Sun Art Plaza », south of Shanghai (China), is our first Asian client.
