After Puerta La Victoria e Plaza Cibeles, Fibra Shop chooses once again ViaDirect to equip its third shopping center, Galerías Mall Sonora, with 4 wayfinding kiosks.
Galerías Mall Sonora is located in the city of Hermosillo, the largest and capital of the state of Sonora, México. It is the first mall of its kind (Luxury Mall) designed to be the city’s fashion, entertainment and leisure hub.
Since its opening in 2010, it has been the centre of attraction and the favourite place of Hermosillo’s inhabitants, with an annual attendance of around 6 million visitors. This large space is home to many trendy brands such as Liverpool, adidas, Recorcholis, Santa Clara, Pandora and now dynamic wayfinding solution…
To allow their numerous visitors to find their way around and get information, 4 ViaDirect wayfinding kiosks have been installed with unique software in line with the shopping center.
The ViaDirect solution consists of :

4 wayfinding kiosks con un interactive screen have been installed. They take the form of the Gazelle 43 model from ViaDirect.

- A 3D touch map guiding people to destinations in real time.
- Search for shops in alphabetical order and by category
- Search for restaurants / fast food, services and entertainment in the centre
- Real-time display of promotions and events
- Sending of SMS with the itinerary
- User interface available in 2 languages: Spanish / English
