For our second project in Denmark, following our installation at FIELD’S shopping center in 2017, we equipped Copenhagen Airport (CPH – Københavns Lufthavn) with an innovative digital wayfinding solution.
Every year, more than 30 million passengers pass through the airport. Therefore, we worked closely with CPH to deliver an intuitive, efficient, and accessible navigation tool that guides travelers at every stage of their journey.
2 models of ViaDirect Kiosks
To address this challenge, we deployed 10 interactive wayfinding kiosks at strategic locations throughout the airport. As a result, passengers can easily find their way, even in the busiest areas.
We selected our 43” Gazelle model, known for its sleek and functional design. This kiosk combines a touchscreen interface with a backlit information totem, fully aligned with the airport’s blue and yellow branding.
In addition, for more constrained spaces, we installed the Lemurien model, a compact version that maintains high performance without compromising user experience.

Passengers can scan their boarding pass to access live updates and receive clear directions to their gate.

We integrate the airport’s retail and dining offer, enhancing the overall passenger experience during waiting times.
🧭 Interactive 3D maps
We make it easy to navigate across the three terminals through clear and intuitive 3D visualization.
⏱️ Distance and walking time
We display precise distances and estimated walking times, helping passengers better plan their journey.
🌍 Multilingual support
We provide information in Danish, English, and Chinese, ensuring accessibility for international travelers.
We adapt information to the user’s context
One of the key strengths of our solution is its ability to deliver context-aware information.
For example, kiosks located in the Arrivals area display public transport options and exit information. In the Departures area, passengers can scan their boarding pass and receive direct guidance to their gate.
This way, we ensure that each user receives relevant information based on their location and stage of travel.
